Dive into the conversation – ACT government information session

The ACT Government invites Erindale Leisure Centre members and visitors to attend an information session to hear about the results of the 2026 Customer Experience and Relationship Management (CERM) Survey and the feedback received through the recent community engagement program.

The session will provide an update on:

• What members and visitors told us through the survey and engagement activities
• The key themes and priorities identified through community feedback
• How feedback has informed planning and investment decisions
• Upcoming upgrades and improvements at Erindale Leisure Centre
• Improvements already underway

Feedback from the community has played an important role in shaping future priorities for the centre, including recent investment in upgrades to facilities, plant and equipment, accessibility and customer experience improvements.

The information session is an opportunity to learn more about what we’ve heard, what actions are being taken, and what’s next for Erindale Leisure Centre.
